Through medical training and in my practice as a neuroradiologist I frequently see the outcomes of chronic disease. Chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, neurodegeneration, and metabolic disorders are common and some of this can be prevented. This led me to pursue dual board certification in Lifestyle Medicine, focusing on how nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and stress management can mitigate inflammation and promote health.

I created the 3-Pillar Framework — Physical, Cognitive, and Financial Health — designed to help people build a life that fuels them today and preserves health for the future.

My journey began with food — not just what we eat, but where it comes from and how our choices shape our health. That exploration evolved into Dive Into Food, a company dedicated to sourcing quality food and empowering better eating decisions. Our first initiative, the docuseries How to Eat, takes a deep look at our food system and gives families evidence-based clarity on how to make informed choices.

The Dive Into Health MD Podcast will launch in early 2026 with Dr. Divya Kurian — an Emergency and Lifestyle Medicine dual board-certified physician and one of my closest collaborators. Our mission is to translate medical research into practical, evidence-informed insights you can use to prevent disease and elevate your quality of life. We prioritize scientific accuracy, real-world clinical context, and clarity, and we commit to updating our perspectives as new evidence and deeper understanding emerge.
