Sources

One of the most common questions I get is: where do you actually shop?

Most food conversations stop at what to eat. I'm more interested in where it came from — because two versions of the same ingredient, grown differently, are not the same product. Sources marked with a * are ones I've personally spoken with. The rest are recommendations from people who take sourcing seriously, and are on my list to vet further. Use this as a resource, not a rulebook.
